Lighting experience required**
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the markets assigned by the International Sales Director by actively developing business opportunities, strengthening relationships with distributors and clients, and expanding the company's presence on the ground. The role focuses on hands-on market development and day-to-day sales activities, requiring strong relationship-building skills, cultural awareness, and a proactive, field-driven approach.
Reviewing current sales and customer development in all sectors of the market primarily looking to sell through Wholesale sector and then the specification markets in each market.
Oversee the organisation of all company interface with customers including the local requirements.
Establish long term customer relationships with ranging and sales collaboration in each sector matching the targeted sales direction for the countries.
Develop and implement local marketing strategies to support market growth and brand visibility.
Prepare and execute the annual sales budgets and monthly sales forecasts for the assigned markets.
Monthly sales report to International Sales Director
