Lean Engineer – Murcia (Spain) / Hybrid
Ready to engineer excellence? Join our Operational Excellence department as a Lean Engineer. Reporting to the Operational Excellence & Lean Manufacturing Manager, you will deploy Lean principles across the organization. Your mission is to drive performance and cost savings through continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Champion Continuous Improvement: lead high-impact projects applying methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and TPM.
* Hunt for Efficiency: use data analysis to identify opportunities and detect waste in our production processes. Drive Performance: monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, quality, cycle times, and productivity to ensure we are winning every day.
* Shape the Culture: promote a Lean Culture through training sessions, workshops, and active support in organizational change.
Qualifications & Skills
* The Engineer: You have a Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Aeronautic, or similar).
* The Leader: You have strong organization skills, determination, and the ability to influence across different levels of a large global organization.
* The Analyst: You are highly analytical, with the ability to extract, understand, and interpret data to drive change.
* Project Manager: You have strong project management skills and strategic thought processes.
* Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (B2 / C1 level).
