Overview
Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for managing the marketing processes in Hyperion’s CRM and Marketing Automation System so that Hyperion can deliver accurate marketing campaigns, capture engagement data and track campaign responses to revenue. This role will help make data actionable for the Marketing, Revenue Operations and Sales teams so that the organization can create better, more effective marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Executes on Hyperion’s strategy for marketing automation using Hyperion’s CRM & marketing automation system (MS Dynamics 365).
- Works with Marketing & Revenue Operations teams to define requirements for marketing reporting from CRM and ERP data to drive marketing effectiveness and actionable growth strategies.
- Provides input from Marketing to the Commercial Systems Teams on roadmap requirements for the CRM & Marketing Automation System.
- Builds forms, templates, journeys and segments in the Marketing Automation system to support execution of marketing elements.
- Collaborates closely with Sales to align lead scoring and nurturing strategies, and with Revenue Operations to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Brings new technologies and processes for marketing automation and nurturing, tests and then develops plans for execution.
- Manages and executes qualification processes on key CRM elements that are required to execute more effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborates with marketing colleagues to develop and launch effective processes related to the marketing automation system.
- Serves as the first triage point for issues related to the Marketing Automation system.
- Supports the development of marketing and sales support strategies using CRM data.
