Location: Remote (Global)
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Competitive base salary + commission
Industry: Online CFD Trading (FX, Crypto, Oil, Metals, Shares, Indices)
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
* Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
* Conduct market research and provide insights for business growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience
* Represent the company and promote our trading products and services
Candidate Requirements
* Fluent in Farsi (C1) & English (C1) (both written & spoken)
* Proven portfolio of active FX clients and ability to rapidly expand the network
* 3-4 years of experience in Forex/CFD trading sales & business development
* Strong understanding of financial markets and trading products
* Excellent negotiation & sales skills with a target-driven approach
* Ability to work independently & remotely in a dynamic environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
