Job PurposeAnalyse and define the value chain network and define and initiate required business improvements to drive operational performance (service and costs)Manage Supply Planning transformation program in the BU for Europe Secure that customer service offers are defined and secured in the end to end supply chainPlan and drive activities to move from current planning procedures to the newly designed planning processes. Key AccountabilitiesWork on the transformation & continuous supply chain assessment and benchmarking to identify business improvement opportunities, including end to end value stream mapping. Analyse and define business improvements and projects to optimize end to end supply chain performance in OTIF, Cost to serve and working capital (inventory, payables, receivables). Customer service offer preparation and the translation into replenishment modelsCoordination of IBP cycle and feeder Tier meetingsSecure and develop a collaborative partnership with key stakeholderSupport delivering BU supply chain KPIs in the region. Provide support to assist the BU Supply Chain Director when issues are raisedWork with the regional planning teams and liaise with the central Master Data teams and System Support Experts on the master data update to ensure ERP system runs accuratelyLeads projects for compliance, cost savings, complexity reductionPerforms network modelling to support sourcing decisions and complexity impact analysisWorks closely with Technical / RD&I, Marketing and Commercial functions to ensures speed to market in new production introductions, via the Stage Gate processEducation & ExperienceUniversity Education with specialization in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Science or EngineeringConsulting background (4+ years of experience) and/or at least 8 years in Supply Chain function; strong experience in Supply Planning, IBP processes, Planning tools, SAP ECC and BI operations; hands on exposure to IT/ERP related projects a positiveStrong knowledge and experience with SAP preferred. Strong project management skills and deadline accountability. Functional excellence & credibility to drive the organization forward. Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses and synthesize recommendationsAbility to operate effectively across different cultures and functions.
