HR Manager
to join their team in
Melilla .
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely candidate communication
Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout
Maintain and update ATS and recruitment records
Prepare pre-employment documentation, including welcome packs
Coordinate onboarding and deliver a smooth first-day experience
Collaborate with IT, payroll, and facilities to meet onboarding needs
Introduce new hires to company culture, policies, and systems; support their integration
Coordinate offboarding, including exit interviews, documentation, and access deactivation
Support managers in delivering exit communications professionally
Gather and analyze exit feedback to drive improvements
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws
Support HR reporting, administration, and employee queries
Manage Yellow Slip issuance, providing guidance to employees
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience xpzdshu in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee lifecycle management
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation
Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, approachable, and team-oriented mindset
Fluency in English
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Strong organizational and time management skills
