**Credit Controller**
Madrid, Spain
As part of the Operations Division, the key CC&CM; missions are to chase credit to obtain payments from Third Parties (TP), to allocate received or sent funds with technical Premiums and Claims items, to manage financial relationship with all Insurance Third Parties and to support the company for G/L accounting and IPT (Local/FOS) management.
**What you’ll be DOING**
What will your essential responsibilities include?
Credit control area:
- TP**Chasing activity for Due premiums;
- Lawyer Commitments management On SLA base, management of complete relationship with Lawyer
Cash Management area:
- Collection Statements Entry (Premiums, Commission, Claims)
- Allocation of Collected Items (JNL) with technical entries (PRM/CLM) / Internal booking chasing activity
- Aging Balances Monitoring per TP
- Aging Outstanding Premiums / Cash
This position reports to Credit Control Team Lead.
**What you will BRING**
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Know Accounting rules Credits/Debits - Profits/Losses
- Basic Knowledge of law/insurance regulatory system prescription terms
- Focus on the customer, understand and anticipate needs to provide customized solutions
- Communicate and work in English and Spanish
- Use digital tools and media, integrate them to optimize the way of work and communication.
- Work in team with members from different expertise, places and cultures to achieve collective goals
