We are currently looking for a Product Assurance Intern to join our team at GTD Defense & Security Solutions, part of the GTD Group, specialized in the design and development of large, complex, and safety‑critical systems. The position will be based in Puerto de Santa María.
In this role, you will support the Quality team, contributing to product assurance activities throughout the lifecycle of our projects. You will collaborate in verifying compliance with requirements, monitoring product quality, and maintaining the Corporate Management System (CMS), gaining valuable experience in Product Assurance and Quality Management Systems within the defense and aerospace sectors.
Position activities:
Support the preparation and follow‑up of Project Quality Plans.
Assist in tracking contractual, technical, and quality requirements, ensuring full traceability.
Record and monitor Non‑Conformities, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Review technical documentation and material certificates associated with the product.
Provide support in configuration control and change management processes.
Prepare quality evidence and documentation for audits.
Collaborate in the monitoring of quality KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the maintenance of the Corporate Management System (CMS).
Your profile:
Proficiency in office tools, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
Sufficient level of technical English to understand technical documentation.
Interest in Product Assurance, Quality Management Systems, and process improvement.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to data analysis and technical documentation.
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, EN 9100, PECAL 2110).
Basic understanding of requirements management and traceability.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
Familiarity with document management tools or collaborative platforms (e.g., Redmine).
