We are looking for an experienced Event Sales Manager (all genders) for the independent planning and execution of high-end catering events in Mallorca. The role combines diverse channels, including social media platforms like Twitter Spaces and Discord. Coordinate and manage virtual and in-person events to build community and drive ecosystem engagement. Oversee content creation for marketing campaigns, product launches, and related initiatives.

Responsibilities
* Campaign Execution: Partner with the marketing team to design and execute digital sales campaigns, including seasonal events, product launches, and pre-order initiatives.
* Data & Insights: Analyze data from Salesforce to identify sales opportunities and optimize events and campaigns.
* Attend client meetings, industry events, and tradeshows to gather insights and provide tailored technical guidance, reinforcing long-term relationships.
* Coordinate and manage virtual and in-person events to build community and drive ecosystem engagement.
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, IT, and other departments to address client requirements and exclusions.
Qualifications
* Experience in event sales management or related field, with a track record of planning and executing high-end events.
* Strong ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT teams.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM for data analysis and opportunity identification.
* Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple events and campaigns concurrently.
* Con coche propio (own transportation) as a requirement.
