to enhance customer interactions throughout their journey, increasing satisfaction and loyalty.The
Client Lead
manages client interactions, focusing on relationship building, lead generation, and deal closing. They work closely with project managers (PMs) to ensure project success, quality, and profitability, while identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.Responsibilities include:
Leading negotiations and preparing commercial offers.Collaborating with PMs on project delivery, progress monitoring, and scope management.Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Leading project retrospectives and client satisfaction assessments.Managing team allocation and communication with HR if needed.Ensuring project timelines, scope, and budgets are met, and mitigating risks.Qualifications include:
Experience managing large accounts.Experience as Delivery or Project Manager in the Salesforce ecosystem.At least 6 years in business/technology consulting.Experience with digital and international projects.High level of English and native French.We offer:
