The Opportunity
As an IT Auditor, you will be integral to risk assurance client and internal projects, contributing technical expertise to evaluate and enhance the IT ecosystem. You’ll collaborate across teams, strengthen relationships, and help drive digital transformations in a fast‑paced, international setting.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for IT application security assessments (IT Application Controls, IT General Controls, Segregation of duties analysis).
* Perform IT audit procedures to assess the operational effectiveness of control environments.
* Conduct IT testing across areas such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics), Cloud Security, Database Security Audits, SOX audits, process automation, IT asset management, software license reviews, GDPR, ISAE‑3402, ISO27001, and other relevant technologies.
* Maintain and strengthen internal and external stakeholder relationships; identify business opportunities and risks; share findings with senior team members.
* Deliver high‑quality work in alignment with EY GDS commitment to excellence.
Skills and Attributes for Success
* 1‑3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, risk management, finance, or IT.
* Competency in IT audit, controls, and/or software quality assurance.
* High standard of integrity and confidentiality.
* Highly developed analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Proactive, team‑player mindset with strong communication.
Qualifications
* • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
* • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
* • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
* • Fluency in English.
* • Fluency in German; knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage.
Ideal Additional Qualifications
* Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or another European language.
* Experience working in international environments.
* ITIL, SQA, or IT audit certifications.
* Data‑analytical skills and knowledge of data analytics tools.
