Join an international customer experience team supporting leading global platforms across industries including digital entertainment, insurance services, and technology-driven applications.
We are currently hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agents to support customers across several exciting international projects. In this role, you will assist users with inquiries, provide guidance on services, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a dynamic multicultural environment in Lisbon.
What You'll Do
* Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email in Dutch
* Assist customers with account inquiries, service questions, and troubleshooting
* Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
* Record interactions accurately in internal systems
* Handle inquiries professionally during high-volume periods
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
What We're Looking For
* C1/C2 Dutch (mandatory)
* English B2 or higher
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
* Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
Work Schedules
* Monday – Sunday|08:00 – 23:00 (rotational shifts)|2 rotational days off
* Monday – Friday|07:30 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)|Weekends off
* Monday – Sunday|07:00 – 23:00 (rotational shifts)|2 rotational days off
* Future possibility of 24/7 shifts
Salary & Benefits
* Base Salary: €1,100 gross × 14 months
Additional bonuses depending on project:
* Performance Bonus: up to €100/month (11 months)
* Attendance Bonus: up to €100/month (11 months)
Typical salary range:
€1,283 – €1,483 gross/month equivalent
