JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Marketing Intern to support our Communication and Marketing team in day-to-day tasks across events, content creation, digital marketing, and internal coordination. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international work environment, contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Event and Meeting Support
Assist in planning and organizing logistics for corporate events, trade fairs, and internal meetings.
Help prepare promotional materials and manage shipments related to events.
Support the team in crafting and executing commercial presentations.
Follow up on production of materials for events and customer needs.
Content and Marketing Material Management
Assist in the creation of marketing content such as flyers, brochures, and catalogues.
Draft texts for internal communications, newsletters, and corporate websites.
Help collect, adapt, and edit content for blogs and other digital channels.
Basic design and image editing using tools like Canva or similar.
Data and Document Management
Input and update customer, supplier, and contact databases.
Organize and maintain digital documents and relevant project files.
Support in building contact lists for marketing campaigns and client follow-ups.
Digital Marketing and Campaigns
Assist in the creation and sending of newsletters and email campaigns.
Help manage and update social media channels and other online platforms.
Support in creating simple marketing reports (web, social media, email performance) and reviewing results.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.
Prepare basic summaries and reports for the marketing team on opportunities and trends.
Administrative and Internal Coordination Support
Help coordinate agendas and internal meetings for the marketing team.
Assist with minor budget tracking and invoice control for marketing suppliers.
Learn and support in using digital marketing tools like Mailchimp and similar platforms.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
No prior experience required, but previous internships or academic projects in marketing are a plus.
Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.) and marketing platforms (Mailchimp, social media, etc.) is valued.
Fluent communicating in English and Spanish.
Passionate about creativity, design, and digital communication.
