The primary objective of this role is to influence customers to develop the contact lens category by creating new users. We aim to change the mindset of eye care professionals (ECPs) and owners from passive to proactive about contact lenses.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can:
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities.
* Influence customers to adopt a proactive approach to contact lenses.
* Understand the needs and specifics of various channels, including independent optometrists, buying groups, and chains.
* Develop the contact lens category using basic tools such as customer journey mapping, point-of-sale analysis, database management, and training organization.
* Execute job-based plans (JBP) in key areas (KAs).
* Broaden the Misight category while teaching and encouraging ECPs to improve children's lives.
* Coverage plan implementation according to customer segmentation.
* Foster good relationships with customers, including roles such as ECPs, owners, sales staff, etc.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary.
* Contribute to team success and be a valued team member.
* Understand CooperVision programs and utilize them effectively.
* Complete all reporting and administrative tasks.
This role requires a strong understanding of products, including CooperVision and competitors, as well as the ability to attend conferences and undergo training and improvement.
