IT Security Analyst Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Analyst to join our team.The role will involve working closely with international teams to deploy the global cybersecurity strategy and enhance the Information Security Management System (ISMS).Key Responsibilities:- Support the continuous improvement of ISO 27001 ISMS within ALTEN subsidiaries.- Manage risk management processes, from assessment to remediation planning, ensuring alignment with business priorities.- Retrieve, evaluate, and monitor security exceptions within a risk management approach.- Implement compliance controls, monitoring, and reporting activities across European entities.- Coordinate governance and support internal and external audits.- Respond to Business Security Requests (contract reviews, security questionnaires, compliance matrices).- Design security awareness roadmaps, adapting them to local contexts.- Coordinate transversal security projects across international teams.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Engineering degree preferably in Informatics or equivalent.- At least 5 years of experience in Security Governance or Security Compliance.- Proven experience with ISO 27001, ENS, TISAX, or NIST frameworks.- Strong background in risk management.- Fluent English skills.- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.Benefits:This is an exciting opportunity to join a multinational company and contribute to its growth and success.
