What are we looking for?
We are looking for an International Distribution Specialist Back Office.

What will your challenges be?
* Manage the necessary documentation for exports to international subsidiaries/distributors/travel retailers.
* Manage the necessary documentation for dangerous goods.
* Coordinate triangular operations of the company.
* Verify and ensure distribution processes for the correct development of the operation.
* Coordinate export customs clearances.
* Communication and coordination with International Carriers and Forwarders.
* Maintenance and monitoring of KPIs with International Transportation providers.
* Validate and control logistics costs related to the company's exports/imports.
* Track incidents of exports to international subsidiaries / distributors / travel retailers.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
* Education: Higher Level Training (Transport and Logistics, International Commerce /) or University Degree (Preferably Business Administration, Economics, Business Studies).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience performing international trade/export functions. (Valuable experience in cosmetics and healthcare companies and/or forwarding companies).
* Computer Skills: Google Suite + Excel + SAP.
* Languages: Spanish, Intermediate English.
* Competency Profile: Humble, Flexible, Analytical skills, Committed.
