Located right on a beautiful 1.8 km sandy beach in Sant Pere Pescador (Girona), we’re looking for passionate, outgoing and creative people to bring fun, sports, shows and good vibes to our guests every single day.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead fun activities for all ages: kids’ clubs, workshops, games, sports tournaments (beach volleyball, football, tennis, ping‑pong) and family challenges.
- Host evening shows, themed parties, live music, bingo nights and mini‑disco for the little ones.
- Organize sports and leisure programs that keep both children and adults active and happy.
- Work as a team to create a fantastic atmosphere that makes our guests come back year after year.
- Be the smiling face of La Ballena Alegre – always energetic, positive and ready to improvise.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in animation, entertainment, tourism or hospitality (camping, hotels or resorts is a big plus).
- Excellent level of English (Dutch and German is a bonus, but not mandatory).
- Outgoing personality, creativity, and a natural ability to connect with people of all ages.
- Availability for the full season (usually from April/May to September/October).
- EU work rights or valid work permit for Spain.
- Driving licence and own transport would be appreciated.
- 6 months previous experience in similar positions.
- German proficiency – speaking at lower level, writing at higher level.
Requisits
- Experiència 6 mesos. Experience in similar positions will be valued, but it is not always a must.
- Alemany (parlat Baix, escrit Baix)
