At ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, we are looking for a Accounts Payable Lead for a multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector located in the area of Vallés.
Main responsabilities
* Manage and oversee the full accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
* Lead, coach, and develop the accounts payable team, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
* Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
* Monitor AP aging, cash flow impact, and payment schedules.
* Implement and improve processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
* Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Support audits by providing documentation and explanations as required.
Required skills
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
* More than 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory rol.
* Experience in multinational environments.
* Fluency in English.
* Highly valuable experience in SAP VIM.
