**Job Description**:
**What you’ll be doing**:
As the Azure Application Tech Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Steering the design and implementation of the ICVC asset, ensuring it meets stability, cost efficiency, and security requirements.
- Organizing day-to-day tasks according to team priorities within an agile framework and monitoring specific development efforts to minimize technical debt.
- Collaborating with the IT Domain Owner to establish a technology plan and roadmap that aligns with business needs.
- Conducting quality assurance reports and managing follow-up action plans to ensure high standards are met.
- Implementing architecture strategies, including testing, CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, and resilience with defined SLAs.
**What you’ll bring**:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of extensive coding experience in the DevOps area.
- Thorough knowledge of REST API development and Swagger definition.
- Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Strong expertise in Azure, along with.Net and C# development.
- A focus on quality code and security considerations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with microservices implementation, with experience in "zero downtime" environments being a plus.
- Proficient English communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams across different geographical locations.
