Yourmainmissionwillbetoensurethegoodconditionandfunctionalityofthebuildingsthatmakeup BCC,performingdailymonitoringofequipment,objectsandcommonspacesthatmakeuptheecosystem.

* Preventive, corrective and predictivemaintenanceoffacilities.
* Resolutionofelectrical,plumbing,carpentry,masonryorsimilarbreakdowns.
* Installationofaudiovisualequipment.
* Relocationoffurnitureandadequacyofspacesfortheplannedactivity.
* Supervisetheexecutionoftasksofthesubcontractedmaintenanceteam.
* Cleaningoftheexteriors.
Requirements
Doyoufeelidentifiedwiththefollowingcharacteristics?
* YouhaveanintermediatedegreeinElectricalandAutomaticInstallationsoryouhaveatleast1yearofexperienceinbuildingmaintenance.
* Youhaveknowledgeintheareasofelectricity,plumbing, airconditioningandaudiovisuals.
* Availabilitytoworkmorningsandafternoons(rotatingshift).
* Youhavesocialskillsandcustomerorientation.
Youwillmakeadifferenceif:
* YouhavetheabilitytocommunicateandwriteinBasque.
* Youhaveexperienceworkingininternationaland multiculturalenvironments.
