What You'll Do ● Welcome guests and perform check‑ins following high‑quality hospitality standards ● Collect traveler information and ensure accurate data entry ● Create room keys and access codes ● Process customer payments ● Support guests by solving incidents and inquiries ● Deliver exceptional customer service ● Execute cross‑selling opportunities to enhance guest experience ● Maintain strict confidentiality ● Follow all operational procedures ● Perform administrative tasks as required
