About the role

Join ALTER TECHNOLOGY, part of TÜV NORD Group, and work on projects that ensure the reliability of products in Aerospace, Defense, Rail and Industrial sectors .

We are looking for an Environmental Test Engineer to join our laboratory team, focused on mechanical and climatic testing , contributing to high-impact and technically demanding projects.

Your mission

• Execute mechanical and climatic tests on electronic equipment
• Operate lab equipment: climatic chambers, shakers and measurement instruments
• Prepare test procedures and technical reports
• Analyze and apply international testing standards
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary projects with direct customer interaction

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Engineering or Physics
• +2 years of experience in environmental testing or laboratory environments
• Knowledge of standards (CE, MIL-STD, RTCA, IEC 60068 , etc.)
• Experience with LabVIEW or automation tools is a plus
• Fluent English
• Proactive, hands-on and team-oriented mindset
