Recognised financial services company with global presence is looking to hire a seasoned Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to boost their proactive talent strategy
Key Responsabilities
Design the annual talent acquisition strategy to guarantee the growth plan
Boost the market positioning against competitors and sector through the right initatives
Supervise the KPI's of the area to guarantee the goals achievement
Collaborate with other People areas to boost transversal projects linked to talent acquisition, talent development and talent management matters
Act as a custodian of the right employee lifecycle in the company to attract and retaint the best talent
Develop global programs in local actionns
Relations with external HR advisors
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience working in global environments with international reports.
Spanish: Mandatory
Curiosity and strategic thinking
Influence and leadership to move forward the initiatives
Experience managing teams
