Working in-house allows us to follow each project from land acquisition through design, construction, and final delivery — offering our architects exposure to the full lifecycle of high-end residential projects.We are looking for an Architect with a minimum of 4 years' professional experience to join our growing architectural team. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop technically and creatively, working closely with senior architects while gaining hands-on experience across all project stages.Responsibilities● Support the design development of residential projects from concept to delivery.● Produce detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation.● Assist in coordinating external consultants, engineers, aparejadores, and contractors.● Participate in construction site visits to support quality control and design intent.● Collaborate closely with senior architects and the development team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.● Help ensure compliance with local planning regulations and building codes.Qualifications● Degree in Architecture.● 3+ years of experience in an architectural practice or developer-led studio.● Experience working on residential projects;
