Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Change Manager to join our Commercial Excellence, Deal Operations Center (DOC) team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of change management initiatives that increase employee adoption and minimize resistance across global, cross-functional programs.
Apply consistent change management processes and tools (such as Prosci) to conduct impact analyses and develop comprehensive transition plans that maximize solution adoption.Collaborate Globally: Partner with cross-functional leadership and diverse global teams to align change strategies with broader business objectives and facilitate workshops that guide employees through organizational transitions.Drive Engagement & Learning: Design and deliver internal communications and targeted training programs to upskill employees, ensuring all team members are aligned with company values and new operational processes.
3-5 years of experience in change management, employee engagement, or organizational development roles.~ Strong knowledge of Change Management frameworks, specifically proven experience applying Prosci methodology to drive successful project adoption.~ Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, with the skill to influence at all levels and tailor complex messaging to diverse audiences across multiple time zones.~ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
