Your role is to coordinate with them, keep things moving, and act as my eyes, ears, and Spanish voice on the ground - not to be the legal expert yourself.This is a long-term role. It starts at 10–15 hours per week and is expected to grow significantly as the move approaches, with strong potential for full-time work from early 2027 and beyond.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and follow up with my immigration lawyer, tax advisor, and other Spanish service providers- Manage email and WhatsApp correspondence in Spanish on my behalf- Research and shortlist firms and providers (relocation agencies, gestores, banks, etc.) and present clear, decision-ready comparisons- Translate informal communications and summarise Spanish documents into English (Formal sworn translations of official documents will be handled by a certified traductor jurado)- Maintain checklists, timelines, and progress trackers in Notion- Prepare clear meeting notes and summaries after calls with advisors- Proactively flag deadlines and pending items before they become urgentRequirements:- Native Spanish speaker with Professional+ English (written and spoken)- Solid experience as a VA, executive assistant, or in a similar coordination role- Comfortable corresponding professionally with Spanish lawyers, accountants, and public authorities- Excellent organisation and follow-through — you don't let things slip- Discreet and reliable with personal and sensitive information- Independent, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervisionNice to have- Familiarity with the Spanish Digital Nomad Visa or Beckham Law context (the lawyer is the expert - but knowing the vocabulary helps)- Previous experience supporting clients relocating to Spain- Based in Sevilla or AndalusiaTools You'll Use- Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets, Calendar)- Notion- WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom- DocuSign and standard PDF tools
