The Mission We are selecting a bilingual or highly proficient English -speaking nurse for a permanent role within an elite private medical team. Your specific mandate is the 1:1 care of an 80 -year -old VIP, ensuring clinical excellence while living aboard a superyacht cruising the Mediterranean. You will anchor in the region’s most exclusive waters, specifically focusing on the Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza) and the French Riviera, delivering hospital -grade care in a discrete, luxury setting.
The Team You will be supported by a comprehensive medical infrastructure. The department is headed by a Lead British Doctor and includes specialized Physiotherapists, alongside a collaborative unit of Western -trained nurses. This structure ensures that you are part of a professional medical hierarchy, providing safety and shared responsibility.
The Safety Patient care is paramount, but so is your well -being. We strictly enforce a double -nurse shift system, which guarantees a balanced roster with adequate rest periods. This approach is designed to eliminate the fatigue often found in solo private care, allowing you to perform at your best.
The Process We respect your location. The initial recruitment stages are conducted entirely via a secure online interview platform, allowing you to demonstrate your suitability from Madrid (or your current base) without the need for immediate travel.
