Astek is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to work with our partner in the pharmaceutical sector, supporting agile delivery and fostering high-performing teams while driving digital transformation in an international environment.
5–6 years of experience working in Agile environments, with at least 3–4 years as a Scrum Master~ Solid experience applying Scrum principles and facilitating agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective)~ Ex7erience working with multiple Scrum teams simultaneously in complex environments~ Experience using agile tools such as Jira and Confluence~ Scrum certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are considered an advantage
