In this District Manager role, you drive the strategic direction and performance of Cardiovascular assets within Amgen. You will lead integrated brand activities and oversee KPIs, budgets, and promotion efforts, while collaborating across sales, medical affairs, access, and regulatory teams. You will design omnichannel campaigns and leverage insights to differentiate the brand in the market. This position offers cross-functional influence in a high-impact therapeutic area and emphasizes leadership in execution, alignment with affiliates, and payer considerations.

• Lead development and execution of integrated brand strategies aligned with business objectives
• Own brand performance, KPIs, and budget management to deliver results
• Create promotional campaigns, messaging, programs, and tools for commercial teams
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical affairs, access, market research, legal, regulatory, and compliance
• Manage end-to-end promotional materials approval through legal, regulatory, and medical review
• Drive omnichannel marketing initiatives across digital platforms to maximize HCP engagement
• Incorporate customer and patient insights into strategic planning and execution

• Collaborate with market access and pricing to ensure value proposition meets payer needs
• Partner with sales training to develop impactful field force programs
• Design and execute market research plans in Barcelona - Valencia area
Responsabilidades
• Doctorate degree and 2+ years marketing/sales OR Masters 4+ years OR Bachelor's 6+ years OR Associate 10+ years OR High school diploma 12+ years
• Preferred: 8+ years in biotech/pharmaceuticals with oncology/hematology experience
• Proven track record in launching and growing brands
• Strong foundations in segmentation, positioning, xpzdshu branding, and messaging
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory requirements
• Strategic thinker with analytical, communication, and project management skills
• High emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
