Duties:Maintenance· Respond to all reports of facility issues within stores and recommend strategies and solutions.· Lead a team of two to handle reports and daily planning.· Identify preferred local contractors for ongoing maintenance issues.· Regularly follow up with vendors and agencies responsible for project execution.· Utilize technology to ensure maintenance and works are managed efficiently.· Schedule maintenance repairs during appropriate hours, considering store business needs.· Prepare and manage store maintenance and contractor service budgets.Planning· Plan daily and annual workflows for all maintenance activities.· Set priorities and ongoing goals for upcoming projects, considering budget and timeline.· Identify necessary resources and equipment to meet objectives and submit requests accordingly.Store Openings & Refurbishments· Support and coordinate with the central Architecture team on new store openings and refurbishment projects.· Collaborate with management, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high standards.· Manage and coordinate special store projects.· Maintain clear and collaborative communication with external partners, internal stakeholders, and departments to ensure contractual compliance and adherence to timelines.Skills· Strong understanding of luxury brand standards and customer experience principles.· Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.· Familiarity with facility management software and technology solutions.· Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.· Ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively.· Exceptional problem-solving skills.· Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.· Certifications in facilities management are a strong plus.· Fluency in English and Spanish;
