About the role

The Associate Regional Marketing Manager will support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive demand, grow customer acquisition, and build customer advocacy for Auctane products in Europe. This role focuses on the "hands‐on" delivery of local marketing activities, working cross‐functionally to ensure campaigns are launched on time and perform effectively. This role requires someone who is ambitious, a self‐starter and can work across teams to deliver results.

What will you be doing?

Regional Marketing Execution: Deploy regional marketing programs to grow customer acquisition in partnership with the performance, web, content, partner, and communications teams.

Lead Nurturing: Provide input to automation workflows and execute initiatives to nurture leads and track their progress through the funnel.

Reporting and Analytics: Maintain dashboards, track and report KPIs to measure the effectiveness of local campaigns.

Event and Partner Support: Assist in the logistics and execution of local events and partner‐led activations.

Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with updated tools, resources, and assets needed to effectively sell the product.

Content Localization: Adapt global content for the local market. Coordinate the creation of local customer stories.

Test and Improve: Support the performance, product and website teams by helping to test new content, creative, landing pages and tactics to optimize acquisition performance.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years experience in a marketing role.

Fluency in Italian and Spanish

Familiarity with digital marketing channels, CRM tools, and marketing automation software.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across different departments.

Comfortable working with data to pull reports and identify performance trends.
