**Tasks**:
- As a member of the Global Management Team of our Business Stream Mobility (Automotive & Rail) you are responsible for developing and implementing the general sales strategy to drive sales growth and meet the sales targets
- You will manage the entire sales funnel from market exploration to identifying new targets by establishing and expanding sales relationships and partnerships with potential customers
- You lead the global sales team to unleash their best potential
- You are responsible for building, maintaining and continuously improving effective sales processes by using appropriate technologies and CRM tools
**Profile**:
- We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused leader with extensive professional experience and a proven track record in sales and managing relationships with key customers (preferably in automotive or technical services)
- You are highly skilled in networking and relationship building, ideally with a relevant network already existing. You know how to operationalize sales activities, how to engage with prospects from management to C-levels and how to take leads through the sales cycle to successful closing
- You have excellent people management skills to lead and inspire teams internationally and across cultures to unlock sales power and develop a high performing sales team
- You possess strong skills in analyzing sales and performance data as well as industry trends and competitive intelligence and have strategic and conceptual acumen to take the sales team to the next level.
- English proficiency required, German appreciated, any other languages are a plus
