Cyber Incident Commander - Santander Digital Services
Santander is evolving into a technology-driven organization and is looking for a Cyber Incident Commander based in Boadilla. You will lead the response squad of the Global CERT and manage incidents impacting the Group.
Responsibilities
* Be an active part of the Incident Coordinators team of Global CERT.
* Lead the response squad created to manage incidents, comprising Incident Coordinator, Incident Handlers, Forensic Analysts and Intelligence Analysts.
* Define the strategy and a tailored action plan to respond to each incident.
* Collaborate with the Local CERTs in handling incidents.
* Coordinate and manage cybersecurity incidents impacting Third Party vendors and providers.
* Own, respond and coordinate the most relevant and challenging incidents across the Group.
* Participate in the incident response procedure with an on‑call rotating scheme.
* Collaborate with stakeholders such as Global Forensics, Global SOC, Corporate Security & Intelligence, Global Cyber Fraud, Global Legal, Secure User Experience team, etc.

Professional Experienceh3>
* 3+ years in cybersecurity incident response or similar (Required).
* Experience in crisis management (Preferred).
Education
* Technical degree or Computing modules (Required).
Languages
* High level of English (Required).
Hard Skills
* Knowledge of Incident Response methodologies.
* Knowledge of cyber incident categories, response lifecycle and timelines.
* Knowledge of cyber defense and information security procedures and regulations.
* Knowledge of cyber attack stages (reconnaissance, scanning, enumeration, etc.).
* Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, OSCP, GCIH (Preferred).
