From RightHand, a company specializing in attracting and retaining digital talent, we are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a proven experience in both strategy and hands-on implementation of paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on awareness and performance marketing across programmatic platforms (e.g., StackAdapt, Doceree), as well as Meta and Google Ads. The role involves managing high-impact digital campaigns primarily for the U.S. market, targeting both consumers and healthcare professionals.
Required experience:
* Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across programmatic (StackAdapt, Doceree), Meta, and Google Ads .
* Proven track record in healthcare marketing, with experience targeting both B2C (consumers) and HCP (healthcare professional) audiences.
* Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate objectives into actionable multi-channel strategies, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
* Knowledge in audience segmentation, contextual targeting, dynamic creative optimization, and retargeting.
* Skilled in budget management and optimization to ensure maximum ROI and effective spend distribution across awareness and performance layers.
* Analytical and reporting skills using Google Analytics, Business Manager, and Looker, with a solid understanding of media and conversion metrics.
* Ability to collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams and report directly to the Head of Paid Media.
* Continuous learning mindset and curiosity for emerging ad technologies and media trends.
Requirements:
* High level of English / bilingual proficiency.
* Availability to work U.S. hours (starting at 12:00 PM).
* Willingness to travel to the U.S. for meetings when required.
* At least 5 years of experience managing programmatic, Meta, and Google Ads campaigns.
* Strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of B2C and HCP media performance metrics.
