Purpose of the Role:
As a Senior Sales Manager – Central Spain & AGE, you will drive business development and revenue growth across strategic public sector customers, including the Administración General del Estado (AGE), regional governments and key public bodies, provincial councils, major municipalities, and public universities. Covering “Administración General del Estado” (AGE), Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León.

This role requires a senior profile with proven experience managing complex public sector environments and central government stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Own full territory or account coverage across Public Sector and selected Enterprise customers
Manage and grow assigned Named Accounts and develop new logos
Generate and manage a robust, qualified, and predictable sales pipeline
Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets
Lead public tenders, framework-based projects, and complex commercial bids
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and influencers
Coordinate internal teams to deliver winning proposals (RFPs, RFIs, tenders, commercial offers)
Strengthen and activate the local and national partner ecosystem
Negotiate commercial terms to achieve win-win, long-term relationships

Requirements:
8–10+ years of experience in ICT / IT infrastructure sales (Public Sector and/or Enterprise)
Proven success managing regional territories or strategic named accounts
Strong background selling Networking, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud and/or AI solutions
Solid understanding of public procurement and tender environments
Established relationships with partners, system integrators, and distributors
Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Results-driven, autonomous, and execution-focused
Spanish and English working proficiency
