* Proven experience in product merchandising, specifically within the womenswear category. At least 5 years.
* Deep knowledge of the fashion industry.
* Strong understanding of womenswear trends, fabrics, and garment construction.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in retail math and financial analysis.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
