We’re looking for a Head of Sales with a bold, entrepreneurial mindset to lead revenue growth across both on-trade and off-trade channels. This is not a traditional sales role; we want a strategic doer who’s ready to shake things up, build deep commercial relationships, and elevate our brand presence in a premium, unconventional way.
This individual will be directly responsible for driving sales, developing key partnerships, and balancing our retail expansion with the protection of our premium image in top hospitality venues. You’ll lead our current Sales Manager and, in time, build out a full sales team.

Drive Revenue Growth
* Own and deliver the sales strategy for both on-trade and off-trade across Spain, BeNeLux, Germany, the UK, and the USA.
* Identify and convert high-potential opportunities that align with brand values and premium positioning.
* Think beyond standard sales tactics—bring new formats, partnerships, and ideas to the table.
