Experteer Overview In this role you lead the JR Iberia business unit within Stryker’s Southern Europe Joint Replacement division, driving growth and profitability in Spain and Portugal. You will oversee a regional sales organization, coordinate marketing and sales programs, and manage P&L to achieve strategic objectives. The position offers a high-impact opportunity to shape market penetration in a cutting-edge orthopedic portfolio including Mako SmartRobotics. You will collaborate across functions to turn market insights into sustainable outcomes.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Coordinate sales actions across the region - Control reporting and performance highlights to leadership - Optimize area resources (deposits, A&P, expenses) - Manage information workflow within the department and with other teams - Supervise resources, personnel, and materials in the area - Maintain high level knowledge of CMF products and techniques - Adhere to pricing policy and manage discount approvals - Prepare monthly sales evolution reports for CMF Director - Coordinate and lead the sales force;
promote products to theteam - Act as liaison between sales area and customers - Deliver on marketing plans and 3–5 year strategic plans - Launch products nationally;
oversee distribution, logistics, and inventories - Manage investments, personnel, expenses, margins, and pricing - Ensure proper waste segregation within department - Ensure compliance with regulations and expectationsResponsabilidades - 10+ years of commercial experience (marketing + sales) - Proven leadership as Commercial/Division Business Unit Leader or Regional Sales Manager in medical devices - Direct selling experience in medical devices with knowledge of key opinion leaders and competitors - Fluent English and Spanish;
Italian a plus - Track record of market share growth and meeting financial commitments - Budgeting and marketing/sales plan execution experience - Proven ability to build and manage sales teams across direct and indirect channels - Strong performance management, objective setting, coaching, and reviews - Strong commercial/financial acumen with proven quota or growth achievement - Excellent collaboration and cross-functional influencing skillsRequisitos principales - bonuses - healthcare and insurance benefits - retirement programs - wellness programs - recognition through awards - flexible working hours
