Experteer Overview In this role you lead the JR Iberia business unit within Stryker’s Southern Europe Joint Replacement division, driving growth and profitability in Spain and Portugal. You will oversee a regional sales organization, coordinate marketing and sales programs, and manage P&L to achieve strategic objectives. The position offers a high-impact opportunity to shape market penetration in a cutting-edge orthopedic portfolio including Mako SmartRobotics.
