Responsibilities
- Train DORC end users (surgeons and nursing staff) to safely use DORC products and ensure training commitments are met.
- Demonstrate equipment to doctors and hospital staff, with opportunities for cross‑selling.
- Provide technical support during tenders and assist at workshops and congresses.
- Report training and competitor activities to the Regional Director and Headquarters.
- Stay updated on new instruments, disposables, and surgical techniques.
- Promote and introduce new DORC products to existing and potential clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in Medical Sales or Clinical Applications (Ophthalmology experience required)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least B2 level in English (verbal and written)
- Strong training, presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of mechanics and technical issues or eagerness to learn eye surgery technical solutions
- Customer- and service‑oriented with a positive can‑do attitude
