You will join as an Automotive Technical Clerk, and your main mission will be to provide a high quality service to our customers in Denmak, assisting them in the management of their vehicle fleets.
What You Will Do:
* Communication with drivers for the management of appointments in workshops.
* Preparation of quotations.
* Contrasting the quotes provided by customers in their enquiries.
* Consultation of references and repair times in the different computer tools available.
* Mechanical advice on enquiries received.
* Checking and recording in the vehicle database (repair history).
* Management of the vehicle fleet according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
* Communication with the workshops through the available channels to solve possible daily incidents.
What You Bring:
* Intermediate or advanced automotive or electro-mechanical training.
* Previous experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
* Danish C1/C2 is essential.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, mainly Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
