Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Global Digital Product Strategy & Experience team to measure and improve the Savings & Investment platform across markets. You will work at the nexus of business, customer journeys, data and technology to ensure initiatives are delivered, measured, and aligned with strategic goals. You will track product performance, identify pain points, and help Product Owners drive data-informed improvements at scale. You will contribute to cross-market initiatives shaping digital Savings & Investments capabilities, with a clear impact on customer experience and business results.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Assist Product Owners in defining and tracking product KPIs and performance metrics
- Identify and prioritize customer and operational pain points across geographies
- Structure, monitor, and analyze product KPIs for optimization
- Analyze digital journeys (conversion, drop-offs, engagement, adoption) performance
- Collaborate with country teams to translate inputs into actionable insights
- Coordinate with Data & Technology teams to ensure proper tracking and analytics
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the global Savings & Investment platform with data-driven recommendations
- Support testing, validation, and post-go-live impact assessment of new features
- Identify and propose new product features and enhancements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external providers as neededResponsabilidades
- 3-5 years in digital product, business analytics, consulting or performance/analytics roles
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology and data
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure data into insights
- Experience with KPIs, dashboards or performance tracking tools
