**Job Title**Implementation Consultant — Hospitality CRSAs an Implementation Consultant within our Hospitality Operations team, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding of global hotel customers onto the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS).We are looking for a natural problem-solver who appreciates a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate is someone who can step into a project, identify the path forward, and execute with precision while keeping stakeholders effortlessly aligned. You will be responsible for translating complex customer requirements into technical configurations, managing data migrations, and ensuring a seamless transition from kick-off to go-live.**Key Responsibilities*** **Implementation Lifecycle:** Own the implementation of ACRS features from inception to production. Scope projects by gathering requirements directly from customers and third parties (OTAs, PMSs) to ensure a fit-for-purpose solution.* **System Configuration & Data Migration Strategy:** Define and execute the optimal strategy for system initialization, inglobating various approaches to ensure efficiency and accuracy.* **Milestone & Environment Management:** Ensure all test and production systems are initialized and validated on time, aligning with program increments and milestones leading up to a successful go-live.* **Technical & Functional Support:** Act as the primary technical entry point for customers and implementation leads. Perform rigorous testing on customized solutions and provide expert problem resolution.* **Stakeholder Coordination:** Work closely with R&D, Solution Management, and Product teams to incorporate new developments. Provide timely updates and proactively escalate risks as appropriate.* **Process Evolution:** Actively work on simplifying and automating implementation processes to improve delivery speed and quality.**About the Ideal Candidate**You are a proactive professional with high accountability and a meticulous attention to detail.
