Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience, specializes in Customer Experience services, focusing on innovation and technology in marketing. We are seeking a Veeva CRM Project Manager.
Main Duties:
1. Support pre-sales activities: solution design, estimation, planning, and sharing client vision and expectations with the project team.
2. Assign and supervise team tasks, managing schedules and absences.
3. Manage project progress to meet deadlines, scope, and budget.
4. Facilitate change requests and communicate schedule and budget impacts.
5. Provide project updates to clients and the Customer Success Manager, leading meetings and steering committees.
6. Alert management of deviations and develop risk mitigation plans.
7. Monitor documentation and ensure quality standards for deliverables.
8. Lead project demos and resolve implementation issues.
9. Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Evaluate project success and identify improvement areas post-completion.
11. Send customer satisfaction surveys.
12. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
13. Lead team retrospectives and internal improvements.
14. Develop, train, and supervise team members to enhance skills.
Experience Needed:
1. Over 5 years in project management roles.
2. Over 3 years in end-to-end CRM implementation processes.
3. Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Jira, etc.).
4. Experience with CRM and marketing automation projects in the pharma sector, including lifecycle management and ecosystem integration.
5. Experience with tools such as Veeva, Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
6. Experience with data integration (master and transactional data).
7. Advanced proficiency in English.
