Publicis Groupe España is seeking a Paid Social/SEM Manager to lead strategic and tactical implementation of social media plans. You will advise clients and their advertising agencies on social networks and provide daily support to the agency media team.
Overview
As an experienced Paid Social/SEM Manager, you will manage the strategic and tactical implementation of social media plans. You should be able to advise different clients and their advertising agencies on the best bets on social networks. You and your team will provide daily assistance to our agency media team. You will run campaigns across networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok) and other tracking platforms. You should have a clear vision of social media and the ability to evaluate campaigns and extract learnings to inform client recommendations. You will proactively generate new ideas and stay current with social media developments, collaborating with clients on goals and how social contributes to them. You will investigate target audience behavior to inform social recommendations, with the aim of achieving better results on social networks.
Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, monitor, control, and manage social media projects and campaigns across the funnel (awareness to performance).
* Collaborate with clients, as well as with creation, strategy, media agency, and external providers.
* Monitor campaign performance and derive learnings to optimize current and future social/digital measures.
* Support internal social media teams in paid ads and related activities.
* Lead and support the team in creating and planning client campaigns.
* Create and evaluate post-campaign analyses and report results to clients.
* Utilize common analytics and social media tools.
* Translate analytical results into creative reports for social and digital campaigns.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree related to Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science, or equivalent experience (3–4 years in a similar role).
* Strong communication skills, dynamic, proactive, and flexible.
* Professional experience in marketing or a media agency environment.
* Comprehensive understanding of social media in a business context across all major channels and features.
* Specialization in social media networks.
