Terabase, a leader in innovative solar construction management solutions, seeks a Senior Sales Manager to lead market expansion in Europe.The Senior Sales Manager, based in the European Union, will drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and develop strategic plans to expand our presence in Europe. Candidates should have deep industry knowledge and proven success in software sales within the solar construction sector.What you’ll do at Terabase:
Lead sales efforts of Terabase construction technologies to EPCs and IPPs in Europe.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets in the European market.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector.Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.Conduct market research on industry trends and customer needs in Europe.Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients.Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction.Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns tailored to Europe.Provide sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Attend industry events and conferences for networking and promotion.Support product launches and commercialization efforts.Assist with market research and client engagement in the MENA region as needed.Support project management during delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.Build relationships with suppliers and contractors, negotiate contracts.Assist with cost estimates and financial tracking.Manage key customer projects and their experience.Represent customer perspectives in product and support areas.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.At least 5 years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in renewable energy or construction.Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of utility-scale solar and construction management.Ability to sell technical products, engineering background preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Customer-focused with a consultative approach.Ability to work independently and in teams.Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally to MENA.Fluent in English;
additional European languages are a plus.Preferred Qualifications include project management experience in renewable energy and familiarity with photogrammetry and drone software tools.What We Offer:
