Role Overview The Drive Systems Sales Expert is responsible for supporting sales of high-converting solutions by planning, prescribing, coordinating internal stakeholders and partners. This role focuses on developing accounts and capturing qualified leads at the earliest stage, maintaining a strong customer experience until the delivery of orders and projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand end user and intermediate customer priorities, pain points and match them with the right drive system offer.
- Platform key accounts where drive system offer has potential; align and handshake offer business development actions with account leaders (V1s / KAMs / SAMs) in defined territory and segment yearly.
- Execute prescription / techno commercial consultancy actions as per agreed plan.
- Work with design institutes/specifiers to influence project design and specifications.
- Present and consult drive systems offers to potential clients.
- Clearly explain pricing, benefits, and outcomes of the drive system offer, handling objections confidently and professionally.
- Involve local and global experts to leverage influence power addressing customers technical queries.
- Actively work with integral / regional / local drives marketing, pre‑sales and segment teams to leverage influence drive system offer values with architecture benefits as per subject application in related segments.
- Coordinate and develop drive systems business ecosystem, influencing transformation of key go‑to‑market players (System Integrators, Industrial Distributors, OEM, Panel Builders) for optimum coverage of End Users, EPCs, Contractors, and POEM business.
- Coordinate relation between drive system plants tendering and execution teams with local stakeholders, maintaining smooth execution of opportunity stages.
- Lead or contribute drive system offer in internal project and sales stage gates discussions.
- Work with project execution and after sales teams for successful order / project delivery based on customer expectations.
- Follow local country offer and market needs and report to contribute into future business growth.
- Meet or exceed drive systems business KPIs defined.
