About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Plastic Surgeon to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in aesthetic plastic surgery, body contouring, breast surgery, and cosmetic treatments, with the ability to manage patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Candidates with a valid DHA license or DHA eligibility letter as a Plastic Surgeon will be prioritized. For suitable international candidates, we may assist with the DHA licensing process.
Key Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures.
- Experience dealing with patients from multicultural and international backgrounds.
- Strong clinical judgment, patient communication, and ethical decision-making.
- Ability to provide high-quality consultations, surgical planning, and post-operative care.
- Must be confident in managing patient expectations and explaining surgical outcomes clearly.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a valid DHA license or DHA eligibility letter as a Plastic Surgeon.
Surgical Experience Required
The candidate should have strong experience in a wide range of plastic surgery procedures, including but not limited to:
- Breast Surgery
- Breast augmentation
- Breast lift / mastopexy
- Breast reduction
- Breast revision surgery
- Gynecomastia surgery
- Body Contouring
- Liposuction
- 360-degree liposuction
- Tummy tuck / abdominoplasty
- Mummy makeover
- BBL / Brazilian Butt Lift
- Body lift / 360-degree body lift
- Post-weight-loss body contouring
Preferred Facial Plastic Surgery Experience
Experience in facial plastic surgery is highly preferred, including:
- Facelift
- Nose reshaping / rhinoplasty
- Eyebrow lift
- Ponytail lift
- Facial rejuvenation procedures
Main Responsibilities
Conduct detailed consultations for plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures.
Assess patient suitability for surgery and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
Perform plastic surgery procedures safely and to a high aesthetic standard.
Provide clear pre-operative and post-operative instructions.
Manage patient expectations with professionalism and transparency.
Work closely with the medical, nursing, sales, and patient coordination teams.
Maintain accurate medical records, surgical notes, consent forms, and follow-up documentation.
Support patient satisfaction, safety, and continuity of care.
Participate in clinical case discussions and quality improvement when required.
Licensing
Preferred: Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility letter as a Plastic Surgeon.
Candidates without DHA may still be considered if they have strong qualifications and meet the licensing criteria.
The clinic may assist suitable candidates with the DHA licensing process.
