About This Role
Join our crew management implementation team and succeed in analyzing highly complex business problems related to automated systems within the aviation flight crew domain. Your responsibilities will include:
* Installing software, conducting data migration, and setting up integrations.
* Creating business plans and supporting documents to ensure alignment with company goals and technical programs.
* Managing high-value projects with significant customer impact, operating with minimal supervision.
* Solving complex business problems across multiple functional domains using various technologies.
* Providing strategic direction and planning for current and future business environments, including technology and design changes.
* Offering technical assistance in system evaluation, development, and cost-effective procedures.
* Serving as a liaison between developers, architects, designers, and customers.
* Supporting development teams with functionality queries, testing, training, and deployment planning.
* Mentoring less experienced analysts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* 3+ years of related experience, up to 20+ years.
* Expertise in crew planning, scheduling, tracking, and crew rules preferred.
* Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++.
* Experience with automation, enterprise applications on AWS, and database systems like Oracle or MongoDB.
* Proficiency in SQL/PL SQL, and integration technologies (SOAP, XML, JSON, Postman).
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel macros and PowerPoint.
* Experience in crew management systems or airline operations is a plus.
* Understanding of client-server architectures and legacy system integration.
* Strong domain knowledge in airline crew scheduling or flight operations preferred.
