PThe strongOperations Assistant /strong is supporting the Sales Procurement Senior Manager in following the sales strategy initiated by the Commercial Director, to achieve objectives of annual plan approved at Corporate and Regional levels (volumes / categories / new customers) and reach target of profitability in all segments. /ppbr/ppWe are offering a temporary position with the prospect of permanent employment. /ppPosition based in our offices in Castelldefels (Barcelona), Spain. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Areas of Responsibility for the Role: /strong /pulliCollect market data and internal reports to support sales strategy development. /liliDraft action plans and maintain updated schedules and calendars. /liliTrack deadlines and commitments with allocated customers. /liliPrepare documentation and follow-up reports on commercial operations. /liliOrganize and archive contracts and negotiation documents. /liliHandle communication with suppliers and transport partners. /liliMonitor weekly pricing and product availability, preparing reports. /liliCoordinate shipments and verify delivery status. /liliPrepare presentations and materials for meetings with customers and supermarkets. /liliGather information on new products and market opportunities. /liliAssist in reporting and documentation for consolidation of key products. /liliUpdate progress reports and share operational information with sales teams. /liliPrepare spreadsheets, forecasts, and cost analysis reports. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired skills and competencies: /strong /pulliBusiness Administration, Marketing, Economics degree. /liliProficiency in Excel. /liliFluent in written and spoken English. /liliOrganizational maturity and effectiveness. /liliStrong precision and logistics capability. /liliOperational and back office. /liliAble to demonstrate professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts. /liliResults orientated with a positive approach. /liliAbility to deal with change. /liliExcellent Communication Skills / Proficiency in Computers. /li /ul
