RateGain is a general leader in AI-powered travel and hospitality technology, helping leading hotel brands, airlines, and travel companies optimize revenue, streamline distribution, and improve commercial performance through data-driven solutions.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Director – Enterprise Sales to drive strategic growth across Europe for RateGain's hospitality SaaS solutions. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales leader with deep hospitality expertise, a strong industry network, and a proven track record of closing large enterprise deals with hotel groups and management companies.

You will own the full enterprise sales cycle — from opportunity creation to deal closure — while building long-term strategic partnerships with leading hospitality brands across the region.

What You Will Own

- Drive enterprise sales growth across strategic hospitality accounts in Europe
- Generate and develop new business opportunities through industry relationships and outbound efforts
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles involving commercial, IT, procurement, and executive teams
- Position RateGain's solutions around revenue optimization, distribution efficiency, and commercial growth
- Negotiate and close large, multi-year enterprise agreements
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful deal execution
- Represent RateGain at key hospitality industry events, conferences, and networking forums

Who You Are

- 12+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably within hospitality technology or SaaS
- Proven success closing large and complex enterprise deals in the hospitality sector
- Strong network within the European hospitality ecosystem, including hotel chains and management companies
- Deep understanding of hospitality commercial drivers such as pricing, distribution, and revenue optimization
- Experienced in managing long and strategic sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic selling capabilities
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
